July 5th 2014 welcomed a print-tastic second event of the Southbank Series. Saturday's chic showroom was filled with a wonderful array of colour and print, and not forgetting to mention the hand crafted skill involved in each product.
Southbank Series show 2 designers: Caspar (Okun Beachwear), Susan (WOLLE+HIDE). Gina (PIPÉT), Clare (CFMcEwan).
(We caught Susan last minute for a group pic before heading out to a fancy dress party!)
Setting up for success!
Southbank Series: Designer POP UPs evolved as a way for young brands in their first few years of business to expand into new audiences, experience selling and display in alternative environments, but most of all to share with you what makes their products truly special.
With each new event comes an exciting new configuration of the showrooms, giving each designer the perfect opportunity to really show off their work to its full potential. Preparing for any show takes a huge amount of prep work, and with most of the designers heading up their business on their own there is always lots to do! So we thank you for coming along and showing your support.
Here's a few picture's from Saturday's event:

CFMcEwan
A fellow print designer and scarf lover, I met Clare a just two years ago. Both starting our labels at similar times it was great to have Clare join the second Southbank Series POP UP event.
Experimenting with photography, printing, mark making and sculpting ideas in her work and combining traditional and digital techniques, results in a collection of beautiful wearable art.
Stunning prints and a glorious wall of colour.
CFMcEwan's collection of large and small square scarves proved irresistible for an afternoon of personal styling sessions!
Another successful shopping day with many happy customers!
