Christmas Gift Returns 2025
We've extended our Returns Policy for items purchased as Christmas gifts throughout November or December until Jan 31 2026. Should you have a query about an item return, please get in touch with your order number and reason for return. Thank you.
Cancellation of Your Order:
At Pipet Design, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may cancel your order within fourteen working days from the day you received the goods. To initiate a cancellation, please notify us in writing via email at studio@pipetdesign.com within this period.
Cancellations cannot be made on personal orders, commissions, fabric orders or special requests. Once the order is confirmed and production is underway the customer is contractually bound to honour their part of the contract.
Refunds:
Our Refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition.
We are unable to offer an Exchange on items. If your item is within the returns period, you are welcome to return it for a refund and purchase a new one through the store. Please contact us at studio@pipetdesign.com before returning any goods.
Returning Your Goods:
When returning items, please ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. All returns must include a copy of the invoice and order number to help us process your return efficiently. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Pipet Design is not responsible for lost shipments during the return process.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs associated with returning items, except in cases where the goods are faulty or do not comply with the order. In such cases, standard delivery costs may be reimbursed at our discretion.
Exclusions:
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal orders, commissions, or special requests unless the goods are found to be faulty upon receipt. Additionally, items that have been worn or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for a refund.
Sale Goods and Seconds & Samples:
The maximum refund amount for sale items will be the final price paid at the time of the transaction. Items listed as Seconds or Samples may only be returned if they are found to be not as described. If you have any questions regarding sale, second or sample items, please reach out to us for clarification. We are unable to refund the cost of postage on sale, second or sample items.
Promotional Codes and Discounts:
The maximum refund amount for items purchased with a promotional discount will be the final price paid at the time of the transaction. If you have any questions regarding promotional codes, please reach out to us for clarification.
Automatic discounts and promotional discount codes are not valid for items listed in the sale section, unless otherwise specified.
Promotional Codes are valid for a limited period of time. Once the date has expired the code will no longer be valid. Any promotion or discount codes relating to a specific product will apply only whilst stocks last and are subject to full terms and conditions.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes, automatic sale discounts or special promotions are not valid towards the purchase of e-gift cards. If you have any questions about using a gift card or its validity, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Descriptions / Content:
The sizes and shape descriptions given to each item are an approximate guide only. Pipet Design accepts no liability for any variance that may appear during production.
Manufacture:
Our items are made with high quality natural fabrics, which may have slubs and irregularities in the weave. These are not defects, but are inherent to the cloth.
Representation:
We strive to showcase our products accurately through images and photographs. While we take care to ensure the portrayal of items is correct, we do not accept claims for misrepresentation.
