Imperial College London | Presidential Gifting Suite
These special silk scarves and ties have been designed and created exclusively for Imperial College London as part of their Presidential Gifting Suite. The design symbolises the spirit of William Henry Perkin’s discovery of mauveine, the world’s first synthetic dye, and reflects the pioneering character of those with an Imperial education and training.
Digitally printed in England, each item was carefully handmade to the highest of quality in Tunbridge Wells by a family-run firm of scarf and tie makers.
"Working with Gina was a total pleasure from start to finish of our project – she expertly and carefully guided us through the process, and was very clear throughout each stage of producing such a beautifully finished scarf and tie. Gina took the time to really understand the brief and what we were hoping to achieve from the project, and provided us with so many beautiful designs and patterns to choose from! She made time to explain everything very clearly, and really listened and responded to our comments and feedback. We had a very specific colour from our university’s history which needed to be a prominent part of the design, and Gina expertly blended this with our core colours to create a striking and modern piece. Her attention to detail, including how to achieve the best print finish and quality, as well as the small finishing touches, have created an elegant bespoke piece which we’re really proud of – the whole team involved are extremely pleased with the results!"

Fashion and Textile Museum | Limited Edition FTM Scarf
A Celebration of Design, Creativity and Fashion Heritage.
Printed on a beautiful silk twill fabric this unique scarf features a bespoke artwork that encapsulates the exuberance and vivaciousness of the museum.
Embracing the fun-seeking signature colours and courageous architectural style, each design echoed the geometric shapes, forms and structures found within the iconic Bermondsey Street building. Items included a full packaged classic square scarf and postcards for sale in the FTM’s shop, coinciding with the launch of the Liberty of London exhibition.
Royal Academy of Art | RAted Commission
A bespoke product commission for the Royal Academy of Arts 'RAted Open Call' supporting emerging designers.
Chosen for their unique and vibrant designs our ‘Curiosity’ and ‘Level’ skinny scarves were deemed a fantastic choice for the discerning art lovers and visitor to the RA. Printed in England and made in London the small collection of scarves were sold in the RA Gallery Shop and online boutique where they could be purchased by visitors across the world.
Fashion and Textile Museum | 1920's Jazz Age Collection
The Art Deco theme is one that sits perfectly with our signature geometric style and use of rich vivacious colours. When the Fashion and Textile Museum invited me to create a special collection for their 1920’s Jazz Age exhibition I got to work creating a dynamic collection of prints in a timely palette of Onyx, Coral, Jade and Pearl.
The range included traditional silk pocket squares and silk scarves that doubled up as stylish 1920's head scarves. To mark the opening of the exhibition the museum held a special launch night featuring catwalks, book launches and a tour of the exhibition. I was thrilled to give a live in-store Gatsby-themed styling tutorial with visitors during the event.
Products in store were also commissioned by Two Temple Place, Embankment for their subsequent Rhythm & Reaction: The Age of Jazz in Britain exhibition the following year.

Burlington House - A creative project submission for a range of stationery items for the RA museum shop.
Using the grand architectural details within the gallery walls as inspiration, the Burlington House collection consisted of 10 graphic prints and allover patterns for stationary and gift. Items in the range included assorted notebooks, gift cards and postcard packs. Colours were strong, graphic and imposing, instilling a contemporary feel to this heritage building.
The submission of this initial project led to a commission for silk scarves that were displayed and sold in the RA Gallery Shop and online shop the following year.
