Important information
Oversized Items - Umbrellas
It is with regret that we are unable to deliver our Full Length Umbrellas outside of the United Kingdom due to high delivery costs associated with extra large items.
UK Delivery is with Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
Please contact us if you would like to enquire about arranging a special delivery.
EU - Suspended delivery zones
The UK is no longer part of the EU. Due to new GSPR and Export regulations we regret that we will be suspending all deliveries into the EU Zone.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and look to serve a wider customer base again soon. Please contact us for more information or if you would like to make a purchase.
How soon will my item be dispatched?
We aim to send stock items out within 24 hours of confirming your order. Please note that at busy times and during sale periods it may take slightly longer.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

Delivery time on stock items is from posting date and is estimated 1-3 days.
Please note this may not necessarily be the date you place your order. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. A signature will be required on delivery.
International delivery times
Standard International delivery time on stock items is around 7-14 working days.

Custom charges
PIPÉT is not responsible for any custom or import charges, taxes or delay that may occur. Any such charges are to be paid by the importer (the customer) in their country. We advise you to check with your local Customs Office beforehand.
The Buyer is responsible for any fees, Custom, Export/Import charges, taxes or delay that may occur resulting from a Returned Item. Where necessary these charges will be deducted from the sale price of the goods, and a partial refund granted.
PIPÉT reserves the right to change or use an alternative delivery service without notice. Any changes that may affect delivery of a purchase will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
Returning an item
For cancelled purchases or unwanted items brought through the online store, the customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning their item. (Standard delivery costs will be refunded on faulty goods only, or whereby goods do not comply within the contract or order).
We are unable to refund the cost of postage on any unwanted SALE items that are returned.
The Buyer is responsible for any fees, Custom, Export/Import charges, taxes or delay that may occur resulting from a Returned Item. Where necessary these charges will be deducted from the sale price of the goods, and a partial refund granted.
Our payment provider charges us credit card processing fees for each transaction. Depending on the reason for return, credit card processing fees may be withheld, and a partial refund granted.
Failed Delivery
If your item cannot be delivered, or for any reason you fail to accept the delivery, resulting in the goods being returned to us, then we will first contact you with the option to either 1) Re-arrange the delivery and pay full delivery costs or 2) Cancel the order.
If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we will Cancel the order on your behalf.
If we need to cancel the order, we will refund the cost of the item paid providing the goods are received in perfect condition, unused, unopened and fit for resale. Delivery costs will not be refunded. Credit card processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
