The UK left the EU on the 31st December 2020. Due to continual export delays we regret that from 1st Jan 2021 we will be temporarily suspending all deliveries outside of the UK.

- UK DELIVERY 1st Class Signed-For, 1-2 Days - £5.00
- Europe: Standard delivery - £11.00
- International: Standard delivery - £15.00 (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Spain).
- Rest of World: Standard delivery - £25.00 / Price TBC on destination.
(UK delivery is to Mainland addresses).

We send to the below destinations*
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (ROI), Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland and USA.
*IMPORTANT: Items may be subject to individual Custom Regulations. Please check your country's list of Prohibited and Restricted Goods before placing your order.
If your destination country isn’t included in the above list please contact us with details to make alternative delivery arrangements.
UK delivery times
Estimated delivery time on stock items is from posting date. Please note this may not necessarily be the date you place your order. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. A signature will be required on delivery.
International delivery times
Standard International delivery time on stock items to Europe is around 5-7 working days and Worldwide 7-14 days.

How soon will my item be dispatched?
We aim to send stock items out within 24 hours of confirming your order. Please note that at busy times and during sale periods it may take slightly longer. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Returning an item
For cancelled purchases or unwanted items brought through the store, the customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning their item. (Standard delivery costs will be refunded on faulty goods only, or whereby goods do not comply within the contract or order).

Fabrics, Cushions and Large Items - Delivery Service & Costs
- FREE UK DELIVERY - Fabric Swatches only (Standard Royal Mail) - FREE
- UK DELIVERY: Fabric Packet - £9.00
- UK DELIVERY: Fabric Roll - £19.00
- European and International orders outside of UK: Prices vary depending on destination. Please contact the studio directly for shipping quote and to make sure we can deliver to your area before placing your order.
(UK delivery is to Mainland addresses).
How soon will my item be dispatched?
All fabrics are custom printed to order. Our current lead time on printed fabric orders is 4-6 weeks. We will be in touch to arrange delivery once the item is ready for dispatch.
Bespoke orders, out of stock items, or any orders placed on behalf of a personal request, commission, or involving alterations to artwork may take longer due to design time needed, and will be communicated to the customer.
Returning an item
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns on printed fabric orders, special orders, commissions, personal requests. This is why we recommend ordering samples in advance of placing your order.

Custom charges
PIPÉT is not responsible for any custom or import charges, taxes or delay that may occur. Any such charges are to be paid by the importer (the customer) in their country. We advise you to check with your local Customs Office beforehand.
PIPÉT reserves the right to change or use an alternative delivery service without notice. Any changes that may affect delivery of a purchase will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
