Delivery Information 2023


BREXIT Temporary suspended delivery zones:

The UK is no longer part of the EU. Due to continual export delays caused by Brexit we regret that we will be temporarily suspending all deliveries into the EU Zone. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and look to serve a wider customer base again soon. Please contact us for more information or if you would like to make a purchase.  


Delivery Service & Costs - Scarves & Accessories

  • Orders over £95 - Free UK Delivery
  • UK Large Letter/Small items 1-3 Days - £3.50 
  • UK 1st Class Signed-For 1-3 Days - £6.50 
  • UK Courier (DHL) 48hrs (Orders under £49) - £10.00
  • UK Courier (DHL) 48hrs (Orders over £50) - £12.50
  • International: Standard delivery - From £15.00
  • Rest of World: Standard delivery - From £25.00 / Price TBC on destination.

    UK delivery is to Mainland addresses.

            Oversized Items - Umbrellas. It is with regret that we are unable to deliver our Full Length Umbrellas outside of the United Kingdom due to high delivery costs associated with extra large items. 

            Please contact us if you would like to enquire about arranging a special delivery.


            How soon will my item be dispatched? 

            We aim to send stock items out within 24 hours of confirming your order. Please note that at busy times and during sale periods it may take slightly longer. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.


            UK Delivery times 

            Estimated delivery time on stock items is from posting date. Please note this may not necessarily be the date you place your order. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. A signature will be required on delivery. 


            International delivery times 

            Standard International delivery time on stock items to Europe** is around 5-7 working days and Worldwide 7-14 days. 
            Estimated delivery time is counted from posting date. Please note this may not necessarily be the date you place your order. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. 
            A signature may be required on delivery. 

            *IMPORTANT: Items may be subject to individual Custom Regulations. Please check your country's list of Prohibited and Restricted Goods before placing your order. 

            If your destination country isn’t showing at checkout stage please contact us with details to make alternative delivery arrangements.


            Custom charges

            PIPÉT is not responsible for any custom or import charges, taxes or delay that may occur. Any such charges are to be paid by the importer (the customer) in their country. We advise you to check with your local Customs Office beforehand. 

            Returns: The Buyer is responsible for any fees, Custom, Export/Import charges, taxes or delay that may occur resulting from a Returned Item. Where necessary these charges will be deducted from the sale price of the goods, and a partial refund granted. 

            PIPÉT reserves the right to change or use an alternative delivery service without notice. Any changes that may affect delivery of a purchase will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.


            Returning an item

            For cancelled purchases or unwanted items brought through the store, the customer is responsible for the delivery cost of returning their item. (Standard delivery costs will be refunded on faulty goods only, or whereby goods do not comply within the contract or order).
