The soft silky pouch contains 100% Fragrant dried lavender from the lavender fields of Provence. Sourced from a small co-operative of French growers.

How to Use:

Relax back and place the pillow gently over your eyes. Breathe deeply, find your happy place and let the aromatic lavender scent help you find calm.

Give the pillow a gentle squeeze from time to time to release more fragrance from the buds inside.
